Once we know what we have, we get a picture or whjat needs to be fixed, discontinued or upgraded.

3. Marketing Plan
Now that we know what tools we have and that they are up-to-speed, we create a Marketing Plan. We get a clear picture of what you sell, who your customers are and your Value Proposition. Next we set targets. You can't manage what you can't measure, right? Now comes developing the strategic plan for both traditional and digital marketing. It's not one size fits all, so we look at what has worked or failed in the past and combine that with digital marketing tools. Finally, we create a Marketing Calendar that gives us the roadmap for what and when to sell.
4. Execute - The Marketing Operations Manual
How many times have we taken some kind of training only to slip back into old habits, quickly forgetting all the neat stuff we just learned? That won't happen here. This final step takes the Marketing Plan and translates it into scheduled checklists that give you or your Marketing Manager a specific method to manage the Marketing Systems and keep things headed in the right direction. Every Tuesday, post a help-the-customer piece on Facebook. Check. First Wednesday of each Month, run the report on website activity from last month. Check. Second Wednesday of the month, revised the newspaper ad. Check. This Operations Manual provides a simple system that you can easily delegate to a staff member.
